I believe that the USA/China so-called 'trade war' is the cover for releasing the RV. It feels like smoke and mirrors, a large piece of theatrics.
In recent months, I have not been in agreement with much of Ben Fulford's work. However this excerpt from his latest report gives an excellent summary of the REAL situation with the USA/China 'trade war'...

Ben points out that the mainstream media is largely ignoring the 'trade war', the elephant in the room. Isn't that interesting? Maybe the MSM doesn't want to draw attention to the fact that the USA, China and Russia are working together behind the scenes to bring in peace and prosperity for humanity.
Let's acknowledge the masterful play of President Trump and the Alliance team. Their 'long game' strategy has reduced the Deep State members to quivering messes. I saw a short video of James Comey on CNN - he was desperately trying to defend his position. They are dead in the water, and they know it.
So, the Deep State is now almost fully contained. DECLAS is waiting in the wings. The team Upstairs has always stated that world peace was necessary before bringing in the RV/GCR. We are very close now.
It's been a long, hard journey, especially in the last two years. However VICTORY is sweet. The meek WILL inherit the Earth.
