I’ll be including some of the
things we can do to make our days morewarding & comfortable as we venture
into the New Year.
As You arise each day you can
lethe Morning Sunlight Shine in, this is most valuable as we start our day &
you will feel.
Dealing with aches & pains I’ve
noticed whenever my digestion islow discomfort is much more
prevalent.
So there are things you can do, one is to
increase the digestivenzymes thru raw foods like fruits,
etc.
Particularly an apple & pear eaten
together will stimulate the peristalsis motion of the
intestines
+ Yogurt or acidophilus, herb teas like
peppermint, chamomile, ginger & fiberich sprouted
grains.
I’ve discovered we can influence the so
called involuntary body functions with our
intentions.
Focusing on healthy digestion has it’s
daily effect & willead to more insights in this
area.
I’ve recommended Dr. Walker’s Diet &
Salads Books & Jethro Kloss’s ‘Back to Eden’
Book
These are both posted online & will
explain how foods & herbs help the body maintain
Health.
Another Excellent Book is E.A.T. ‘Eating
Awareness Training’ which is not about foods or diets,
etc...
It explains how to tune into what your
body really wants to eat & how to align withat moreach
day.
If we investhe time in making small
adjustments to our diet and attitude it will payoff with many
ways.
Physical activity is important like a walk
in the park or woods by a body of water for a 1/2 hour or more a
day.
I walk barefoot to ground my energies
& do push ups, leg raises & dips on a park bench or use weights & an
exercise bike.
You can gethe same benefits while wearing
natural footwear as you exchangenergies with Mother Earth, It’s called
‘Grounding.’
Yoga postures, the 5 Tibetan Rites &
any types of stretch or motion like dance is important for flexibility &
eliminating pains.
You can find these demonstrated on
Youtubeven just 5 or 10 minutes will gethe blood flowing & muscles
functioning better.
Dynamic Tension is the simplest way of
stimulating the muscles & blood flow especially if you can’t or don’t
exercise.
You tenseach muscle group for 7 to 10
seconds, say starting at your calves & work up & up & the do it once
again.
Also a daily few minute brisk towel
massage after bathing helps relax the body & eases tightness &
discomfort.
I find music to be a mood lifter, classics
being of great value as anything we listen to has it’s
‘effect.’
Music can shifthenergy like a new day, a
new start, a neway of looking at & feeling
abouthings.
Time in Meditation is like Drawing the
Arrow Back with each thought to Place of Peace &
Power.
As We Transcend, we infuse the Absolute’s
Perfection Enriching this everchanging Relative
Reality.
When we look athe world we are seeing a
reflection of what we are manifesting So Vibe Way
Up.
The 100s of little decisions we
makeveryday shape our lives,,, Make them count & do what
works.
Knowhat you think and Feel are more Potent
& much Quicker to manifest, So add Love to
them.
We are focusing on the Changes that Effect
Everyone & they areaching to the Surface of
Life.
Don’t get sidetracked from the Truth as We
Allow the New to Radiate into the World Lively.
