They don't have to be in use or even turned on as they Listen up & Watch 24/7 & Record.

I remember talking to a Russian couple, he kept his hand over his lips when he spoke.

I asked him why. He said it was an old habithey use lipreaders in Russia....

He also puthe (landline) phone in another room & covered it with pillows. (no chocolates)

Then there's psychic surveillance, a teacher of mine was being followed around on the astral.
